Steve Prentice and I attended Westtown Friends Boarding School from '69 - '71. My first roomate had a nice classical guitar and Steve would come in to play it. At some point I started singing along and so this duo began. Making this first record surrounded by encouraging friends was really a wonderful experience.

After high school we went to Boston and auditioned and played the coffeehouse circuit for a short time. But I didn't have a tough enough skin for loud noisy bars and decided to pursue other things. Steve moved from guitar to keyboards and has been a working musician all his life.

I include this page because, much to my surprise, there is still interest in these two albums. It turns out vinyl records are alive and well in the eyes of collectors. And if old, obsure, rare albums is what you are seeking these fit the bill. They even have that genuine "basement tapes" sound.

I have received inquiries from around the globe and once sold 20 copies of Every Loving Day to a DJ who hosted a folk show in Belgium. Only 400 copies of the first album were made and 1000 of the second. Bootleg CD copies can be found online.

On the rare occasion I listen to this music it no longer feels like listening to myself. Too much time has passed. Just two young lads playing some songs. A few moments of creativity and heartfelt expression.
